You can make matcha the centerpiece of your morning. Start the day with a matcha green tea chia bowl with all of your favorite fruits and nuts.
- 1 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup almond milk or any other plant-based milk that you enjoy
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Allow it to set for at least 2 hours.
